TREE KILLS MAN IN DEFIANCE

A tree cut­ting acci­dent Wednes­day after­noon leaves one man dead.

77 year old Robert Lam­bert of Defi­ance County was killed just after 4 p.m. yes­ter­day while cut­ting a tree near his home.

Lam­bert was found by his fam­ily and was declared dead at the scene by the Defi­ance County Coro­ner.

The Defi­ance County Sher­iff says the tree came back toward Lam­bert while being cut and hit him.
