A woman who was in Jeshua Gilmore’s car…when he shot Fulton County Sheriff’s Deputy Jeremy Simon in July, is sentenced. Skye Thibodeaux, of Lyons, got 30 months in prison. She plead guilty to obstructing official business for the July 31 incident. Deputy Simon was dispatched to the Country Corral on Ohio 109 in Delta, on a suspicious activity call. As Simon approached the vehicle driven by Gilmore, he fled the scene. The deputy pursued the vehicle, along with Delta police. The chase ended in a cornfield with Gilmore shooting at officers.
