The Voting Goes On

With two weeks until votes are tabulated officially, the total ballots already cast in Williams County total over 41 hundred. Counting both in-person and mail-in voting in the initial run-up to the March 17 primary, and mail-in-only ballots…cast after the primary was rescheduled to April 28…more than 3,000 have been done by mail, with more than 1,000, in person, at the office. The 28th is the final deadline for votes without a postmark to be counted. A drop box, monitored by a security camera has been placed outside the Williams County Board of Elections Office, located directly left of the office doors. Unofficial election results will be available on the night of the 28th, while official results are expected to be certified on May 8.
