Vogelson Indicted

Dustin Vogelson, the Ney man accused of killing his grandfather back in March and more, is indicted in Defiance. We reported officers were dispatched to Vogelsong’s home, on Behnfeldt Road, between Bryan and Sherwood for a domestic disturbance between Vogelsong and the mother of his two children. When they got there, they found Larry Vogelsong, 74, of Bryan, who had suffered head trauma, apparently caused by a physical altercation…dead. They say he also beat up his grandfather’s wife…and his ex-too. The fight they say was over trying to keep the younger Vogelson from taking the children away. Vogelson was later arrested that night.
