Vogelsong Enters Plea

Dustin Vogelsong, the Ney man accused of killing his grandfather during a domestic dispute with the mother of his children back in March…pleads not guilty to eight charges…all in connection to the Bryan murder. Deputies were dispatched to Vogelsong’s home, on Behnfeldt Road for the dispute…that’s when they found the dead man…they say he died trying to keep Vogelsong’s children from leaving with him. He is also accused of hurting the mother of his children, as well as his grandfather’s wife, both of whom were treated for injuries and released.
