A proposal to address flooding and possibly add wetlands space with a walking track close to the Bona Vesta neighborhood is in the works.  Todd Roth, the Williams County Engineer, met with the commissioners on Thursday to provide them an update. Over the years, and most recently earlier this month, there have been intermittent discussions about the proposed project. Additionally, Roth stated that a deal to exchange land is being worked out among local landowners, subject to the project’s funds being obtained.
