After entering a guilty plea to counts of pandering in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday, an Archbold man received a jail sentence. 26-year-old Nicholas Hartrick earlier entered a guilty plea to two second-degree felonies: one count of pandering sexually oriented content involving a young or impaired person and one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. For the peddling sexually oriented matter charge, Hartrick received a minimum sentence of seven years and a maximum penalty of ten and a half years at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections; for the pandering obscenity charge, he received a minimum sentence of seven years and a maximum sentence of ten and a half years.
