A teenager…hurt in a crash with a dump truck outside New Haven on Friday, has died. The crash happened at the intersection of Dawkins and Ryan roads, just east of town. The passenger in the car…19-year-old Chloe Pratt…was pulled from the vehicle and taken to an area hospital in critical condition. Officials confirm the cause of death was blunt force trauma. The driver of the dump truck suffered serious injuries, as well. The crash is under investigation at this hour.
