Town Will Take Over

The Village of Montpelier has agreed to take over a small sewer system now operated by the county. The so-called Ruble sewer system consists of five residential properties on the south side of County Road K, just east of the Montpelier School campus. Officials say…the county is operating the small system at a deficit. For a while now…council have been in discussions since on a change in ownership.
