A Fulton County grand jury returns an indictment for Tami Gerity, 57, of Delta…charged with attempted murder…aggravated arson, drugs and fraud, as well. Prosecutors say…she attempted to cause the death of another person on Feb. 14, 2021 while also causing a fire at an occupied residence on Fulton County Road 11, near Delta. The case continues.
