The Central Local Board of Education gets updated on the beginning of the school year. Superintendent Steve Arnold says the year is off to a great start, especially with the updates that were made to school facilities over the summer. Some of the projects included new campus-wide asphalt, re-painted and re-carpeted classrooms in the high school, new mulch on playgrounds, new technology for meal payments and a new sound system for the football field.
