A Bryan man charged with four felony counts in Defiance County is arraigned.

A Bryan man charged with four felony counts in Defiance County is arraigned…and has a pre-trial conference set. Andrew Layne, 43, was recently indicted on one count of felonious assault and one count of strangulation, each a felony of the second degree, and one count of abduction and one count of strangulation, each felony of the third degree. A pre-trial conference is set for Nov. 20 in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Bond was originally set at $150,000 dollars. Layne was able to post the 10% allowed and has been released on his own recognizance. Layne entered a plea of not guilty.
