The Williams County Board of Elections certifies the results of this month’s election, resulting in no changes to outcomes. The board had two meetings Tuesday, one in the morning involved certifying the provisional ballots cast in the Nov. 7 General Election. Officials say…they had a total of 163 provisional ballots, but the board had to reject 56 of them. With the provisional ballots, 12,237 people voted in the election, they add a high for an off-year election with no governor or presidential races. Two county-wide levies failed to pass, one for Williams County EMS and one for the Williams County Health Department.
