Bryan man charged with aggravated burglary found not competent to stand trial at this time.

Following a court ordered competency evaluation, a Bryan man charged with aggravated burglary is found not competent to stand trial at this time. David G. Notestine was ordered by Williams County Common Pleas Court Judge J.T. Stelzer to be committed to the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in Toledo for not more than one year. The judge found Notestine to be restorable to competency. A motion was also approved to allow the hospital to provide involuntary administration of medication. The judge also ordered monthly updates on care, treatment and progress toward becoming restorable to competency.
