Montpelier Schools to spend on student wellness and aid for disadvantaged students.

The Montpelier Exempted Village School District will spend more than 500-thousand dollars on student wellness and aid for disadvantaged students. The money comes from the state and includes two programs: Student Wellness Success Fund and the Disadvantaged Pupil Impact Aid. According to the Bryan Times, the Ohio Department of Education, the state provides funding in these areas to help wraparound services for Ohio students. Wraparound services are programs and supports meant to build skills and fulfill a student or family need.
