Roof Collapse In Napoleon

Another roof col­lapse Thurs­day in Napoleon caused an ammo­nia leak and resulted in the evac­u­a­tion of sur­round­ing busi­nesses.

Accord­ing to the Cres­cent News, it hap­pened yes­ter­day just before 1pm at Clover­leaf Cold Stor­age on Inde­pen­dence Drive when the roof col­lapsed near the dock­ing bay.

Police say the area was evac­u­ated due to an ammo­nia leak, which was quickly con­tained.

Accord­ing to emer­gency respon­ders, eleven peo­ple were treated for injuries, with three of them being taken to the Henry County Hos­pi­tal in Napoleon.
