River Ice Still A Threat

With the somewhat warmer temperatures over the past weekend, ice dams on area rivers were a big concern to many river communities in the area.

The good news today is that ice is breaking up and going out on many rivers as of Monday afternoon.

Some ice remained in some areas, but river levels were beginning to drop, after cresting below flood stage in most areas on Monday.
