More Snow & More Delays

Once again, snow emer­gen­cies were announced yes­ter­day in many areas of North­west Ohio due to blow­ing and drift­ing snow, as the win­ter of 2013–14 just won’t give up.

Williams and Henry Coun­ties were reported to be oper­at­ing on Level 2 emer­gen­cys, while Ful­ton and Defi­ance Coun­ties were at level 1.
