In Defiance County Common Pleas Court, a Defiance man was found guilty of five counts of child sexual abuse and given a sentence of at least forty years in prison on Monday. Judge Joseph Schmenk sentenced 39 yar old Travis Hussey to 40-45 1/2 years in prison for five first-degree rape crimes. In addition, he was labeled a Tier III sexual offender, which required him to register his address with the authorities for the rest of his life after being released from prison.
