It’s time for the Northwest Ohio Woodland and Wildlife Family Festival and Maple Syrup Festival. 8 a.m. to noon this Saturday. Breakfast is served in two lines starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Williams County Fairgrounds. Pancakes and sausage with real maple syrup are served at the yearly brunch. The festival also include activities including sugar shacks, tree tapping and collection, horse-drawn wagon rides, tractor wagon rides, and a variety of maple products. A portable sawmill, a timber and tree seedling sale, and a tree and forestry Q&A session are all part of the woodland festivities.
