Complaint over horse excrement on a county road considered by Williams County commissioners.

A resident’s recent complaint over horse excrement on a county road was briefly considered by the Williams County commissioners on Tuesday.  A person submitted the complaint recently with the commissioners office regarding manure on county roads J and 7 near where he resides.  The householder will be urged to first take the problem up with Williams County Engineer Todd Roth to see if the engineer is able to reach out to a representative of the Amish community first.
