Closing date for sale of the former Community Memorial Hospital facility in Hicksville extended.

The court-appointed receiver, submitted a report on March 19th in Defiance County Court of Common Pleas stating that the closing date for the sale of the former Community Memorial Hospital facility in Hicksville had been extended to April 17th. To extend the closing date to April 17th, Columbus Hicksville Healthcare, LLC sent a $60,000 non-refundable extension fee on March 18th. Since CHHC placed the winning bid of $1.8 million on January 22nd, the closing date has been extended three times.
