Paulding Schools adopt new three-year contract with union that represents certain district employees.

The board of education of Paulding Exempted Village Schools adopted a new three-year contract with a union that represents certain district employees Tuesday.  The three-year agreement with Local 550 of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees will begin on August 1st and expire on July 31th, 2029.  There are roughly 90 classified staff in the district. These include paraprofessionals, secretaries, bus drivers, custodians, and kitchen staff. They will receive 3% pay raises in 2027 with contract reopeners for the remaining two years.
