Defiance County Grand Jury Report

A Defiance County grand jury has returned indictments against a number of people, some still secret, but a few that we can report on today.

42 year old Brian Ebersole of Bryan, was indicted on one count of burglary; two counts of theft; and one count of theft of drugs. Ebersole allegedly forcefully entered a residence and stole credit cards, blank checks and prescription medications last month.

28 year old Zane Bartley of Sherwood, was indicted for one count of aggravated possession of drugs after ge was allegedly found in possession of meth following a traffic stop last September.
