A two-vehicle crash Friday morning on West High Street in Bryan took the life of an Indiana man. 69 year old Joseph Newman of Hamilton Lake, was eastbound on West High Street when he was rear-ended by Paul Brown near the intersection of Avenue A. Bryan Police say both Newman’s and Brown’s cars then each hit a seperate tree. Newman was pronounced dead by Williams County Coroner Dr. Kevin Park. The fatal accident is under investigation and toxicology tests are being performed.
