A man was arrested Saturday morning in Bryan after police say he fired a shot into the air during a dispute with his girlfriend. It happened at 115 North Cherry Street just after 2:00am. Officers found that a female resident of was attempting to get into the residence where she lives with Chris Larry who is her boyfriend. Larry came out the front door and began waiving a handgun around. The woman told police that Larry then grabbed her and fired a shot into the air. Larry then went back inside and refused to answer the door when officers arrived. Officers then went inside and were able to take Larry into custody. Larry was charged with domestic violence, discharging a firearm within city limits and using weapons while intoxicated. He was taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
