Deer hunters say herd is thinner

Deer hunters are report­ing fewer deer in the fields on Day One of this years deer gun hunt­ing sea­son. Accord­ing to the Ohio Depart­ment of Nat­ural Resources, there are fewer deer now than when the pop­u­la­tion bal­looned in the last 10 years. Hunters will have two bonus days this year, on Decem­ber 28th and 29th.
