A Cry For Help

Steuben County deputies get the call…someone in Pleasant Lake has a knife…and he’s holding it against himself. They get to the scene…that’s when the man started carving himself in the head, upper body…and arms. The officers scream for him to stop. He doesn’t. A bean bag…fired from a shotgun…and then a tazer…is used to subdue the man. It doesn’t knock him down…but stuns him for just long enough…for officers to tackle the man and get that blade away from him. No charges will be filed. He’s in a Fort Wayne hospital, now.
