A Delta man charged with the murder of Sierah Joughin made an initial appearance in Fulton County Common Pleas Court Friday morning. 57 year old James Worley appeared via video before Judge James Barber after being indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on 19 charges in the case. He is charged with killing the 20 year old Joughin who was last seen riding her bicycle on July 19. An autopsy report revealed she died from asphyxiation after a large gag was found in her mouth. Prosecutors have said they intend to seek the death penalty in Worley’s case
