Drinks outside…a proposal, allowing alcohol consumption in downtown Defiance is approved by city council. The ordinance establishes a designated outdoor refreshment area following a third and final reading. The measure allows alcoholic beverages to be served in special cups supplied by downtown businesses and consumed in a designated public area.
