A New Twist In Area Case

The wife of a man, accused of shooting four pet dogs to death, is charged in Fulton County with two felony counts of cruelty to animals. Theresa Taylor of Bryan, was booked into CCNO. Taylor is the owner of Theresa’s Grooming and Boarding in Archbold. It’s unclear whether the charges are in any way related to those against her estranged husband. Phil Taylor is accused in that other case we have been reporting on.
