Accused “bubble bandit” found not guilty

The man accused of criminal damaging of the Bard Centennial Fountain on the Courthouse Square was found not guilty by Judge Kent North. Zachary Perez was accused of pouring a bottle of liquid soap into the fountain on September 5th last year, causing a huge soapy mess that required extensive cleanup.
