Alcohol and drugs are behind a Sunday arrest by Bryan Police. Early yesterday morning, around 1:45am, 34 year old Malinda Gowins of Lexington, Kentucky, was arrested for OVI and Possession of Marijuana. Bond was posted and she was released.
