All Hail The New Royalty

A new queen is crowned at the Steuben County 4H Fair. Emma Gaff won this year’s event. 1st runner-up was Lauren Stanley, while Paige Julian won Miss Congeniality. Winner of the little Miss and Mister contest for elementary age children was Lakyn Duke and Cali Hamilton. Congratulations to all.
