Allan Enters Plea

A Williams County man, indicted for rape…pleads guilty to a lesser charge and one other offense in a Defiance County courtroom. Dylan Allan, of West Unity, was accused of sexual battery…and corrupting another with drugs. Prosecutors say Allen engaged in sex at an Ohio 66 location…with an impaired female…who couldn’t resist his advances. Rape charges were dropped in the case in the plea deal. Next comes sentencing.
