Allen County woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon

An Allen County woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday afternoon near Vaughnsville. 20 year old Keona Madlock of Lima, died at the scene of the crash. According to the Lima post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, at 4:30 p.m. on Ohio 115, near the Allen-Putnam County Line, a car driven by Madlock was northbound in Putnam County, went off the roadway and struck a tree. Troopers reported that Madlock was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
