Joshua Amos…the Montpelier man, accused of his role…following a drug deal that left another man dead…pleads guilty to lesser charges. A grand jury indictment filed in December 2018 alleges that he sold heroin and fentanyl, causing the death of a 26-year-old. Charges of trafficking in heroin and more are dropped, as part of the plea agreement. Amos will be sentenced on April, 19th.
