An Impaired Woman And The Trouble She Makes

A New Hampshire woman is in the lockup in Stryker now after leading officers on a chase on the Turnpike. Officials say troopers spotted Brittany Johnson of Belmont, New Hampshire going nearly 90, heading west out of Archbold. They hit the lights…she hits the gas. The chase ensues into Williams County. At that point, with several other cruisers now involved in the pursuit, they are able to box Johnson’s car in…forcing her to slow down and eventually stop near mile marker 19. Then it got physical. Officers say she was drunk and on drugs as she fought with officers before they detained her. They checked her out at the hospital before her trip to CCNO. The car was stolen out of New Hampshire, also. Johnson faces a list of charges.
