Animal Abuse Bill Awaits To Be Signed

A bill in Indiana, heading to Governor Eric Holcomb’s desk, puts the spotlight on giving animal abusers tougher penalties. House Bill 1615 passed unanimously in the senate. If Governor Holcomb signs the bill, it’ll go in effect this July.
