Animals Force Crash On 20

In LaGrange County…two people are in the hospital, after their vehicle hits two loose horses…on U.S. 20, near C.R. 1200 W. They tell officers they ran into the path of the oncoming car. In the end, two vehicles get involved. One of the victims is cut from the wreckage…then flown to a Fort Wayne hospital…with injuries to his head and face. Apparently…there were several horses…running around the roadway, when all this happened. Two of them die in the crash. It is unclear how the horses got loose…or whom they belong to.
