Williams County Commissioners agree to submit an application for $390,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds to replace and upgrade drainage tile in the residential subdivision on U.S. 127, in Pulaski Township. Once the project is complete, Williams County engineers Todd Roth will evaluate upgrades to the system and create one or more detention ponds to address the surface water runoff from neighboring farm fields.
