Archbold School District Site Hit by Virus

A com­puter virus that affected thou­sands of web­sites also hit the Arch­bold Area School Dis­trict web­site last week, accord­ing to the Bryan Times. The virus dis­played a mes­sage claim­ing to be from the the ter­ror­ist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, bet­ter known as ISIS. So far, no dam­age has been reported from the virus, which was not related to a mod­i­fied lock­down on Thurs­day due to a police sit­u­a­tion nearby. The inci­dent was resolved in time for stu­dents to go home as scheduled.
