Archbold Standoff Man Dead

The man who was recently involved in a four-hour stand­off with police in Arch­bold, is now dead. 24 year old Ricky Sauber died fol­low­ing a self-inflicted gun­shot wound that was sus­tained dur­ing the inci­dent that hap­pened back on April 17th when police were called to his South Lin­coln Street home after a friend said that Sauber was threat­en­ing to harm him­self. Fol­low­ing that stand­off with police, they finally were able to get into the house, where they found Sauber injured from a self inflicted gun­shot wound to the head. The Bryan Times today is report­ing that Sauber died from that injury last Thursday.
