The St. Joseph and Tiffin rivers are both expected to crest above flood stage by Friday afternoon. Meteorologists forecast a 17-foot crest for the Tiffin River in Stryker, closing parts of Ohio 191, 34 and County Road F, along with Ohio 66, north of Archbold. The St. Joseph River in Montpelier will crest at 16 feet, likely closing County Road 10 at County Road K, with high water potentially reaching residences on the southeast side of Pioneer. Area administrators stress that residents should do all they can to get ready for the melt.
