At The Meeting

The Bryan City Council approved a building permit for 122 S. Lynn St…right next to Kora Brew House and Wine Bar…to Maynard Rentals, LLC….and another permit for 105 W. Butler St. to Ignacio Romero Angeles…during its meeting on Monday, at the Don North Municipal Building. The Lynn Street property, which was also approved for a Community Reinvestment Area tax credit during the meeting, is planned to be renovated and house two businesses…The Cove, a boutique/salon on the first floor…and Ben and Lace: Interior Design and Home Renovations, an interior design company, on the second floor. There’s also plans to have additional office space on the second floor.
