The Williams County Election Board approves continuing education for the elections director and deputy director after reorganizing during Monday’s meeting. Prior to that vote, the board held its reorganization meeting, selecting Paul Duggan, a Democrat, as chairman of the board for the next two years. Several counties in the state have gone through the training, including Defiance county. The former director of Fulton County elections also went through it.
