Austin Case Update

A convicted sexual predator is back in trouble. Deion Austin of Bryan, faces the court on one count of failure to notify the authorities that he moved. Officials say he failed to provide written notice at least 20 days prior to changing the address of his residence. Austin was convicted of dealing with a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance in a 2015 Williams County case.
