We’re over half-way through tax season. If you need help with filing this year, there’s help from the Defiance County Senior Center on E. Broadway St. Volunteers help tax filers prepare returns for four counties, including Williams, Defiance, Henry and Paulding. Tax day this year is Monday, April 18th.

Two weekend OVI arrests

Two people were arrested in separate incidents for drunk driving. Just after 1 a.m. Sunday, 38-year-old Brandi Dickerson of Stryker was arrested for OVI. About 90 minutes later, Bryan police arrested 22-year-old Shane Gaghen of Oregon for OVI. Both were booked and released.
