Azbill Faces Underage Sex Charges

Police in Hicksville pick up David Azbill after he is accused of soliciting sex from a minor…by use of a telecommunications device…which could be a major factor if the case makes it to sentencing. Azbill appeared in Defiance Municipal Court with bond set at $25,000. He has another court date set for next week.
