Bad Crash In Henry County

A Henry County woman dies in a two-vehicle crash near Liberty Center. Officials tell reporters Sandra Crandall of Napoleon, died at the scene. A passenger in Crandall’s car, Laura Brown of Napoleon, is badly hurt. She was flown to Toledo Hospital in serious condition. Witnesses told officers the accident on Ohio 110, west of County Road 7, in Harrison Township, happened when semi driver, Craig Greene of Asheville, N.C., was attempting to turn around. The tractor/trailer was blocking both the eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway. That’s when Crandall crashed into the side of the trailer of the semi…wedging her vehicle underneath. The crash remains under investigation.
